When you first arrive at Reyn Softly's welcome area; you feel as if you just stepped off your Yacht, onto a rickety wooden bridge that leads you to a stunning tropical beach. A few steps onto the beach you will see the teleport HUB that he created with all the destinations easy to find. Your first stop should be the Freebie Mall at CurledSun cove where we add freebies often. Many are unique and not seen around the metaverse. There are Ruth and Roth avatars and accessories, a gift shop, and Shabby Seas furniture where you will find shabby chic furniture. If you have items you would like to rez or perhaps you just feel like building, please feel free to use our sandbox. Items will be returned after 24 hours. Please clean up when finished. Trey Magnifique's Mudflats where his Cave bungalow offers beautiful waterfalls and a reflective dance floor. Iffn'you kno what I mean. Reyn Softly's Rock Henge - dancing among rock pillars. Abandoned is a western ghost town based on the real ghost town Bodi. Dust kickin', boot stompin, gun slingin' town at one time. Tumbleweeds blow by, you can still hear the bustlin' of this old west town. Freebies in the General Mercantile. Pandora-blue moon was created in Virtual Highway in 2010. Brought back to life in con·tin·u·um Interesting planet textures, alien plant-life I found at Opensim Creations in 2009. Most of the plants I created by torturing prims. Beautiful vines climb the tree trunks all created with prims. What makes this build unique is that it was created in the early days of opensim before mesh. Virtual Highway was not linked to Kitely Market or the hypergrid so we had to create it all ourselves. There were many talented creators involved in creating this. Kayaker Magic brought the animated Pandoran Ikrans, Pandoran Yerik, Wandering Storm Clouds, Pandoran Woodsprites, Canopy Trees, Phoenix Fir Trees, Pandoran Tube Plants, Na'vi Ceremonial Bow, Na'vi Practice Target are amazingly details and life-like. Webby Merlin brought Lightshare skies, and the stunning floating mountains, that the Ni'awve Clan call home. Lyric Alexander brought the Tree of Souls, and our Helicoridian plants. Lyric took on the project just having arrived in Virtual Highway, with few tools on hand, and learning too how to tweak the scripts so that everything worked as it should. When you visit Tree of Souls, you will definitely feel the connection. Linda Kellie Henson donated her time, also sharing many of the incredible sculpts she created. Like her leg prims, used to create Blue Moon's flower the Pandoran Pitcher Plant. Many of her items helped to create Blue Moon. Linda also provided a great Na'vi Skirt and Feather Necklace free for all to share. I will be getting that boxed up and placed out for giving soon. Sunbeam Magic, Jamie Wright, Leora Jacobus and Minethere Always, visited Blue Moon in Virtual Highway. I still have a little flower on the region that Sunbeam gave as a gift. She was one of the first Roleplayers to sign up. Those were such excellent times I wanted to share it all again with you, at con·tin·u·um. We added Fred Beckhusen's Hobbiton Collection. This region is such a phenomenal region to explore and literally get "lost" in. I spend so much time on this region playing at the Satyr Farm. Please join the group and help us at the farm! Fred has the option to automate the watering and harvest but it is so much fun to do the virtual labor, when you have time! Such attention to detail all throughout this 3x3 region. We named it Halfling's Hollow. I baked this peach cake today at the farm. Which entailed, milling the flour, churning the butter, harvesting the peaches, honey and wood. It only lasts two days so please stop by and have a slice. Fred thoughtfully placed free gifts around the region. CurledSun cove is the new home of BlueMind work in progress. Monentes Jewelry is also here at con·tin·u·um all free. There are no third party parts. All pieces created exclusively by Marianna Monentes. Unique one of a kind jewelry. We invite you to please come visit con·tin·u·um anytime, all are welcome here.
None of this would have been possible without the help of Fred Beckhusen, what an amazing person who gave us the opportunity to really dream. Thank you, Fred. One day Reyn decided to install Fred Beckhusen's DreamGrid, and name his new grid Bastion.
He rezzed his OAR which included the Monentes Jewelry store, and we began to build upon it and call it our own. Until real life threw Reyn a bit of a curve ball, and he will have to put his grid into storage for a few months and when he does in a few days, I will miss him, his builds and the beautiful store he built for me. I decided to look into DreamGrid and see if I could install it. This way I could still feel close even though he is away, Reyn offered his OAR and we continue until he comes home. We named the little grid, con·tin·u·um. http: //continuum.Outworldz.net:8002 |
